In this gallery are six of the panoramas that were included in the Gallery Oldham Exhibition in the summer of 2003. the photographic society to which I belong had been asked to contribute some local scenes in whatever style we preferred. Being a long-time admirer of David Hockney's panoramic 'joiners' I decided to do my images in a similar manner. The resultant files were enormously big (between 200mb and 300mb) when compared with my usual ones but I just went for a brew whilst I waited for my computer to churn its way through each adjustment! The images were printed commercially and then displayed as panels, four of which were 6 feet in length, one 4 feet and one 3 feet.
