Arthur Winterbottom - Conscientious Objector

The Winterbottom Family on the 1911 census
The family are living at 192 Frederick Street, Oldham. All were born in Oldham.
Arthur is age 21 and a bank clerk.
His father is William, age 52 and employed as a 'Salesman for Textile Machinists.
His mother is Elizabeth, age 51.
His sister Elsie is present, age 14 and described as a scholar.
