Sir, I beg to inform you that the appeal against the decision of the Hornsey Local Tribunal in respect of Arthur Thomas Freshwater of 106 Raleigh Road, Hornsey, not attested, age 34, married, has been considered by the Appeal Tribunal and that they have decided that -
the appeal be dismissed and leave to appeal to the Central Tribunal was refused.
