Dealt with in the local Magistrates' court;
on a charge of : 'Failing to report himself under the Military Service Act until apprehended by
Civil Power on [date]
'Punishment awarded' was 'Dealt with by Civil Power'
Punishment was : Fined 20/- by Magistrates at [Local Magistrates' Court]

The prisoner would also be handed over to the Military Authority.
